Choose content themes
Start with three or four pillars: menu favourites, seasonal moments, the people behind the counter and useful store information. These themes help the feed feel recognisable while offering variety.
Create a realistic weekly rhythm
A simple example is a flavour feature on Monday, a topping video on Wednesday and a weekend visit reminder on Friday. Leave room for genuine events, changing availability and new products.
Batch your photos and videos
Spend a short session capturing several products in similar lighting. Save clips and photos under descriptive names so another team member can find them. Check any permission requirements before posting people.
Prepare captions and approvals
Write each caption, location reference and call to action in advance. Confirm prices, opening hours and promotions with the shop manager. Never add invented reviews or performance statistics.
Review a few useful metrics
Track posts published, saves, replies, messages and enquiries. Discuss which ideas your team can create consistently and what customers react to. Use this to shape the next calendar.
